Tires Plus

This is my third time visiting Tires Plus in West Palm Beach, and once again, I’ve had a great experience. After having some not so great experiences with other mechanic shops, I originally ended up here based on a recommendation, and I’m very glad I did. What I appreciate most is the honesty and professionalism of the team. They are extremely thorough and take the time to explain what they find without making you feel pressured into unnecessary repairs. At other places, I’ve experienced recommendations being presented as “urgent,” which can make you feel like you have no choice but to have the work done immediately. That has never been my experience here. When they have recommended items that may need attention in the future, they’ve actually shown me what they were seeing and took the time to explain it, while being clear that it wasn’t something I needed to take care of right away. That level of transparency goes a long way in building trust. After three visits, I can confidently say I feel comfortable bringing my vehicle here. Finding a mechanic you feel is being honest with you and does quality work can be difficult, and I really appreciate the way this team treats me. The one

I’ve been delaying getting two new tires for about 6 months. This is my first leased vehicle and I got 2 nails. Finally the plug was on its last leg and I booked an appointment to get 2 new/same brand tires. It was super quick and easy. No pressure. No complications. Cj was super helpful. He was good vibes and relaxed despite being busy and didn’t force me to do anything I didn’t need. Even had a chance to educate me more on the current wear of my tires and my warranty.

Don't come here if you don't have time to wait or drop off your car. I didn't have an appointment and just walked in. They told me it would take 1 hour and 40 minutes, so I agreed. It ended up taking almost 4 hours (from 11:00 AM to 2:56 PM). On top of that, they charged me an extra $10 for a tire rotation that was never done. The tire pressure check wasn't done properly either, when I received the car back, the pressures were 42, 47, 40, and 41 PSI. I gave them the car with 41, 41, 40, and 41 PSI, so make sure you check your readings before and after! To top it off, when the car was finished, they left it parked outside for 15 minutes without notifying anyone. I only realized it was done because I brought it to the front desk's attention, they had no idea it was ready until I said something.

CJ and Kyle were an amazing help. They made sure to review everything with me on the recommendations and even made sure I had a visual understanding of any parts that needed to be replaced on my vehicle. Highly recommend this location.

I met Max and Kyle regarding my car, and I was honestly speechless by the level of service they provided. They went above and beyond to help me and saved me a significant amount of money. It's not every day that you find an auto shop with such a positive attitude, outstanding customer service, and a team that genuinely cares about helping people. Max and Kyle were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly throughout the entire process. Their honesty and dedication made all the difference. I am beyond satisfied with my experience and highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy and reliable automotive service at Tires Plus Total Car Care on Military and Okeechobee West Palm Beach. Thank you both for the exceptional help!
